At the request of one of my YouTube subscribers, I pulled together a few videos I recorded over the past three years, from before anything really started to happen with Heather. One of the earlier videos is a whale watching trip on Brier Island in Nova Scotia, where I’m quite sure there’s something wrong, but we haven’t talked about it, she hasn’t been to the doctor, and she hasn’t had any kind of diagnosis yet. In the video, she doesn’t talk a lot, but you can tell she’s normal, engaged, and cheerful. There are some other videos after that, right up until this week, when she’s eating corn on the cob with a kind of blank look on her face. Anyway, you might find the progression interesting. I added a few words to some of the videos. Please leave your comments below; I would be very interested in hearing what you have to say. Thanks again, and as always… Stay strong, you are not alone.”
Hey there John,
The internet washed your vlog into my YouTube stream..randomly.
I hardly ever comment on other people’s content, but in this case, I just wanted to let you know that you’re not alone in this.
Life can be cruel and seem unfair. But fairness is a category that is nothing but a human idea. Life is just life. So even though things are tough and the lifes of the 2 of you have changed, I really do hope you can treasure your memories of a life spend together and at the same time find a way to stay true to yourself and find moments to enjoy your hobbies and things what make you happy.
Thanks you sharing your experience with the world!
Your random stranger from another part of this planet
I glad it washed into your stream, as your comment really resonates with me. Fairness is a human construct – yes! I keep seeing as the Fickle Finger of Fate, pivoting on a stick and randomly stopping on Heather with a hearty laughing “F*ck you in particular today, for no particular reason!” Thanks for your insights, I really appreciate it!
Hi John,
Thank you for your videos. They are of interest to me in part because my mother is 88 years old with possible declining mental acuity. This change in her started in 2021, which was the year that the COVID vaccine became available to the general population. (She took her first two–and only two–shots then.) Coincidentally, 2021 seems to have been the year that your wife’s dementia became evident. (Did your wife take any COVID shots? If so, afterward was her dementia first noticeable or significantly worse?)
Peter McCullough, a well-regarded US medical doctor, has been speaking out against the COVID shots ever since they were introduced. As I remember, he has stated that they have been associated with (or have brought on) dementia, among other illnesses. Here is his website:
https://www.petermcculloughmd.com/
Dr. McCullough offers a detoxification formulation, which my mother tried but was unable to tolerate (because it gave her a stomach ache). However, perhaps any of this information might be helpful to you. If so, please email me or contact Dr. McCullough (specifics included on his website).
Again, thank you for your videos. I wish you and your wife all the best.
Thanks Dorte, Heather and I have both taken all the vaccinations and boosters, but we were able to avoid catching Covid until just a couple of months ago. There is no relationship at all between her condition and Covid, or to the vaccines. She was diagnosed in 2021, but the condition started long before that as evidenced by the CT scan she had in October of that year. Also, if I look back and think about some of her behaviours in the proceeding two or three years, it confirms my suspicion that it was already manifesting before Covid ever appeared on the scene. Everything I have read and seen since Covid came along, suggests that the vaccinations are safe and effective and effect important for society and helpful for us as individuals. I sure appreciate you taking the time to reach out and try to offer a solution here. I wish you a very good rest of your day. John
