Incontinence

It looks like early days of incontenence in the house… Heather has peed herself a few times over the past months, almost always just from being out of the house and away from the bathroom. So it wasn’t a loss of bladder control, it was the inability to plan and strategize, despite me and others encouraging her to pee before we left the house. Today was different. Today she peed while sitting on the sofa, and this is new. We just rolled with it by cleaning the cushion and changing her clothes and showering, but it likely signals the start of a new challenge, and the further shrinking of our world.
